Because some products are made or printed to order, processing times may occasionally vary during holidays, periods of high order volume, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping & Delivery

After your order has been processed and shipped, please allow approximately 5–7 business days for delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for delays or packages that are lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist you. For damaged items, we may request photographs of the product and packaging to help resolve the issue.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery schedules and delays are generally outside our direct control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with eligible shipping issues.
